Please send email regarding the cancellation & mention the refund request to tuifei@nordicways.com. The organizing committee will refund your original payment channel within 15 working days.
Applying for refund before April 25th, 2018: 80% of the fee will be refunded to the cancelled participants.
On and after April 25th, 2018 until May 9th, 2018: 50% of the fee will be refunded to the cancelled participants.
On and after May 10th, 2018: no refund application for the event will be accepted by the organizing committee.
Refund for medical reasons: 80% of the fee will be refunded at all times before May 10th, 2018. No refund request will be accepted on and after May 10th, 2018. Participants must offer the copy or photo of the diagnoses certificate and receipt for hospitalization as the proof.
